MCE partnered with HKS Architects on the site design for the new home of the Arkansas Travelers in North Little Rock, Ark.  Named for the late Jack and Witt Stephens and major leaguers George and Bill Dickey, the facility was completed in 2007 at a budget of $28 million. Specifically, MCE designed the grading, drainage, utility and parking lot improvements on the site.  The stadium has a seating capacity of over 6,000 and serves as a key addition to the riverfront of North Little Rock.
