McClelland Consulting Engineers, Inc. has full-time field personnel that provide construction observation and special inspections during project construction. Our professional inspection staff provides these services for projects designed by MCE as well as other construction firms. These industry professionals are supervised by a graduate construction engineer and are capable of field layout and observation functions, as well as any changes made during construction. Field observers are guided by project engineers that review shop drawings and complete progress reports and final pay estimates.
Experienced observers are a strong part of our quality assurance program. Monitoring activities provides an up-to-date progress report on construction phases and subsequent project performance.
